As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting senior staff while managing your own workload across active projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents

- Supporting tender analysis and contract administration
- Carrying out site visits and measurements
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
