Head of FP&A job opportunity for this large and complex group in Warwickshire.

Responsibilities: As Head of Group FP&A, you will act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, Executive and Board, leading group-wide planning, forecasting and performance insight. You will translate strategy into financial plans, drive decision-making through high-quality analysis, and partner closely with a key division while leading FP&A capability, investment appraisal and commercial insight.

Qualifications: What you'll need to succeed: You will be a qualified accountant (likely to be Big 4 ACA, within Transaction Services or similar) with proven experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance within a complex organisation. Strong modelling, planning and analytical capability is essential, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams. Experience in investment appraisal and driving performance improvement is key.
