Summary: My client are looking for Multi Skilled Engineers to join their high‑performing team. If you're hands‑on, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy working with advanced technology this could be your next step. You will play a key role in keeping their automated warehouse running at full flow.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (days, nights & weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across conveyors, cranes, cooling and oxygen reduction systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime
- Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain service schedules and warranties
Key Skills/Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Multi‑Skilled or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in an FMCG automated environment
- Comfortable working at heights
- Apprentice‑trained engineering background
