We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (or Assistant Manager / Foreman / Supervisor) to oversee commercial and new build housing projects valued between £250k and £1.5m across the North Wales coast (Conwy & Gwynedd).
Key responsibilities include:
- Run sites autonomously and perform hands-on site management.
- Develop and maintain project programmes.
- Manage subcontractors, produce RAMS, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and maintain full IT literacy.
Required qualifications:
- Background in main contracting with experience on commercial build projects.
- Preferably experience in new build housing.
- Experience supervising or managing site teams (Assistant Manager, Foreman, Supervisor).
- Familiarity with projects ranging £250k to £1.5m.
Location: Sites across the North Wales coast, Conwy & Gwynedd.
