We are a growing specialist contractor in North Yorkshire delivering internal construction and fit‑out works for major hospitality brands and occasional NHS projects. We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to support continued growth.

Role Overview

This hands‑on, commercially focused role involves full project lifecycle ownership, from lead follow‑up to site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up leads and support work‑winning activity.
  • Take off drawings and produce estimates.
  • Manage relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials and project delivery.
  • Visit sites (typically once per week on larger projects) to ensure quality and progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar in construction/interiors.
  • Commercial understanding across estimating and delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with both clients and site teams.
