We are a growing specialist contractor in North Yorkshire delivering internal construction and fit‑out works for major hospitality brands and occasional NHS projects. We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to support continued growth.
Role Overview
This hands‑on, commercially focused role involves full project lifecycle ownership, from lead follow‑up to site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up leads and support work‑winning activity.
- Take off drawings and produce estimates.
- Manage relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials and project delivery.
- Visit sites (typically once per week on larger projects) to ensure quality and progress.
