Overview
A Contracts and Compliance Manager is required at a leading university located just outside Edinburgh. The role supports the Estates and Engineering team across the campus, working collaboratively with various departments to manage contracts and maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations across the organisation.
- Manage contracts and maintenance strategies, including planned preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support the Head of Estates & Engineering in budget planning and operational coordination.
- Oversee external contractors and ensure the upkeep of compliance standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- No specific qualification required, but experience in managing Hard FM M&E operations and staff is essential.
- Preferred candidates will hold IOSH or NEBOSH certifications.
- Background in maintenance and contracts management is advantageous.
