We are seeking an experienced and reliable Working Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage small teams of labourers on active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate small teams of labourers on site
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
  • Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used effectively
  • Report progress, issues, and incidents to management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction site supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good understanding of construction health and safety practices
  • Ability to read and follow project plans and schedules
  • CSCS card and relevant supervision certificates (SSSTS, SMSTS, etc)
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
