Office Manager needed! Location: Hinxton Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:00 Pay: £18 per hour.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager / Logistics Manager to support a busy construction site in Hinxton. This role is key to keeping site operations running smoothly through effective office administration, logistics coordination, and compliance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day running of the site office and reception area
  • Deliver site inductions and maintain site access records
  • Coordinate site deliveries using DataScope
  • Review and manage RAMS documentation and site filing systems
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams
  • Support reporting, administration, and general site coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, welfare facilities, and site signage
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction site administration, office management, or logistics
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with DataScope or similar systems preferred
  • Understanding of RAMS and construction documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
