VGC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a project based in OX18, Oxford. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard‑working labourer looking for work, with consistent weekday hours and the potential for weekend work. We are looking for someone who can start promptly, work well as part of a team, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: £14.43 per hour PAYE (Lodge and Travel is not available for this role)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting trades and site management with general labouring duties
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Moving materials and equipment around site
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Supporting with general site set‑up and maintenance
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Carrying out any other general site duties as required

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience working as a labourer on construction sites
  • A good work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good punctuality and reliability
