We are currently recruiting for 1 x Hoist Operator to join a busy commercial construction project in Thetford on an ongoing contract, with a start available on Monday 1st June.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently
- Transporting materials, tools, and personnel across site as required
- Carrying out daily safety checks on the hoist equipment
- Ensuring all hoist operations comply with site safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with site management and operatives
- Maintaining clean and safe loading areas around the hoist
- Assisting with general site duties when required
Requirements
- Valid CPCS A20A or A20B Hoist Operator Ticket or NPORS N111 Hoist Ticket
- Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
