We are seeking 2 vigilant and responsible Banksman. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of construction environments, and the ability to operate vehicles confidently. This role is essential for maintaining safety standards and ensuring smooth operations during lifting and manoeuvring activities. Responsibilities
- Direct the movement of lorries, cranes, and other heavy machinery on-site to ensure safe operations.
- Use clear and effective communication to coordinate with drivers and machine operators.
- Assist in the positioning of plant equipment and materials as required.
- Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to identify potential hazards or obstructions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE at all times.
