Recruitment Administrator (covering staff sickness) – Short term temporary – Location: Consett – Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible on how these hours are structured) – MUST HAVE VALID ENHANCED DBS.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable individual to support a business development team in Consett to cover a staff sickness and holiday. The role is to work 20 hours a week and initially just ongoing on a week by week basis.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, employers, tutors, referral partners, and internal teams.

Duties:

  • Managing a high volume of enquiries
  • Supporting learner engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records and trackers
  • Coordinating academy and apprenticeship activity
  • General administrative duties
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support recruitment and onboarding activity
  • Managing email inboxes, and using Microsoft Office

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Hold current DBS
  • Driving licence
  • Available for immediate start
