Key responsibilities of a Concession Manager
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
