What We’re Looking For
- Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges or additional needs.
- Are dedicated to creating positive behavioural change and improving outcomes for vulnerable students.
- Are adaptable, resilient, and thrive in diverse school environments.
- QTS or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential; your passion for supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment is what matters most!
