Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to deliver care with Service Users in their own home in the LS10 and surrounding areas of Leeds. Our clients all have additional needs that require support on a daily basis. We can offer part and full time rotas including evenings and weekends on a long term basis. Our call time tends to be longer than 1 hour per client.
Your duties may include:
- delivering personal care
- taking part in activities
- assisting with feeding
- close monitoring and observations
- completing and updating care plans and other documentation
- liaising with GPs and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and/or family members
- administering medication
Full training on specific areas will be provided where necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in the past 2 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
