- Organise and host events such as demonstrations, show-and-tell sessions, and interactive workshops in collaboration with product specialists.
- Maintain and update change and communication materials on the SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as a central hub for information.
- Track and report business readiness progress during senior-level reviews.
