They are known for their excellent service and after care supplying and installing various types of facades and external envelope products within the public sector including data centres, MOD projects, train stations and on-going work with HS2 covering the south of England including the London region.
Projects vary from £25,000 to over £3 million.
- Commercially responsible for 3-4 projects at any one time.
- Office based role with occasional site visits mainly in London, Home Counties and South of England.
- Working with a small friendly surveying team.
- Cost reporting and regular reporting of accurate reconciliations and forecasting.
- Keeping track of monthly application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budgets and financial constraints.
- Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site.
