We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing facilities management and building services company operating across London and the South. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a long-term position working across commercial properties carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on commercial heating and gas systems.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a:
- Commercial Gas Engineer
- Mobile Gas Engineer
- HVAC Engineer
- Heating Engineer
- Building Services Engineer
- Facilities Maintenance Engineer
The Role
- Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems
- Gas safety inspections and fault finding
- Reactive and planned maintenance works
- Installation and repair of LPG systems
- General plumbing and building maintenance duties
- Working across commercial and industrial sites
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
This is a mobile role covering London and the South, therefore applicants must be happy travelling to various sites.
Requirements
- Commercial Gas experience
- Gas Safe Registered
- Experience within facilities management, FM, or building services
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with maintenance and repair works
- Plumbing and general maintenance knowledge
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently

- ICPN1
- TPCP1 / TPCP1A
- LPG qualifications
- F-Gas (advantageous but not essential)
