Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing business looking for a Collections Manager. The role is to lead and optimise the performance of the Early Collections function by delivering effective, compliant debt recovery strategies that balance commercial performance with positive customer outcomes.
The position provides strong leadership to a team of approximately 10 collectors and two Team Leaders, using insights to enhance performance and working collaboratively across the business to ensure efficient process development, regulatory adherence, and achievement of agreed KPIs and business objectives.
