We are looking for a Contracts Manager who will take full ownership of 3–4 live residential projects, including social housing. The role is independent, with decisions made quickly, and the manager will be heard directly by shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Run multiple residential projects, including social housing.
- Manage the full project lifecycle with minimal management layers.
- Make decisions quickly and confidently.
- Work closely with QS, Buyers, Site Managers, and subcontractors to keep projects aligned.
- Stay on top of issues before they become problems.
- Deliver quality, consistency, and client satisfaction to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience running multiple sites concurrently.
- Background in residential construction; social housing experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts.
- Strong planning capability, e.g. Asta or equivalent.
- Commercial awareness – ability to understand and manage financial aspects.
