I'm currently working with a respected independent planning consultancy based in Winchester that is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone with around 3-7 years' experience, ideally gained within a planning consultancy environment, who is looking for a genuinely balanced and people-focused business.

The Role

  • Partner a Planner with approximately 3-7 years of experience
  • Strong consultancy background preferred
  • Confident managing projects and clients
  • Motivated and personable individual who enjoys working as part of a small collaborative team
  • Interest or background in design, urban design, and/or AI-related skills within the planning sector

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the Winchester office.
