Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of Order Pickers for our large cold storage client based in the Holmewood area. These positions are long‑term, with the opportunity to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking
- Loading and unloading goods
- Shrink wrapping
- Operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
- General warehouse duties
Available Shifts:
- 06:00 - 18:00, 3 days on / 3 days off - £13.33 per hour + £6.66 shift bonus per day
- 18:00 - 06:00, fixed shifts (Wednesday-Friday / Wednesday-Saturday) - £13.33 per hour + £18.33 shift bonus per night
Overtime: Overtime is paid at £19.99 per hour for both shifts, applicable after 39.5 hours worked.
Please note: Candidates must live locally or have their own transport, as there is no public transport available to this location. This role involves working in a freezer environment; suitable PPE will be provided to ensure you stay warm. Previous warehouse or order picking experience is essential.
