Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established Manufacturing and Production company based in Colchester. This is an ongoing temporary position with potential long-term opportunities. This role plays an important part in the day-to-day operations of a busy logistics team and requires a hands-on, adaptable approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles by hand
  • Picking and packing components from pick sheets
  • Safe packing and labelling of finished products
  • Supporting other areas of the warehouse when required
  • Occasional use of hand tools

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Physically fit & comfortable with manual handling
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible and willing to learn and support different areas of the operation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours & Pay:

£12.78 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm

An ongoing temporary contract
