We are expanding and looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the successful team at our Romford Branch on a permanent basis. This position will suit an individual who has previous experience working for a recruitment agency and enjoys the buzz, challenge and rewards recruitment brings or someone with a successful track record in B2B sales looking for an opportunity to start a career in recruitment.

Interested? We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable individual who has exceptional communication skills, a good work ethic, a positive attitude and above all a good sense of humour. You must be comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve/exceed goals. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever-changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment!

It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings; we will pay for business mileage. This is a full-time permanent role and the hours are 8am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to cover an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
