The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Your new role involves providing practical and emotional support to vulnerable clients, preparing regular risk assessments, and working with existing support plans. You will help clients sustain their tenancies, involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing, and refer to specialist staff when required. The role also requires sign-posting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation.

Please note: This is a floating role and, as such, you will need access to your own transport.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working within the support housing sector.
  • Understanding of the issues affecting those suffering from homelessness, ideally with knowledge of residential environments.
  • Confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, demonstrating collaboration and respect with peers and customers.
