Locations: Venues in Colchester

Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Hours: Various - Minimum 4 hr shifts

Duration: Adhoc all year around - Temporary Cover

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to work at various venues in Colchester. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role with shifts available throughout the year, mainly on weekends, with occasional weekday evenings.

The Role

As part of the bar team, you will be supporting a variety of events, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties will vary depending on the event and service style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving and mixing drinks, including glass and ice service (mixing basic drinks)
  • Serving canned drinks and snacks
  • Collecting empty glasses and maintaining a clean service area
  • Clearing and cleaning tables as required
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Supporting the team to keep the bar running efficiently during busy events
  • Manual handling of bulk drinks and snacks to restock Bar areas

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable
  • Confident, friendly, and professional manner
