Our client is looking to recruit an immediate ER Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Absence, disciplinaries & grievances
  • Safeguarding concerns
  • Complex ER cases
  • Tribunal preparation & case management (c.30 live cases currently)
  • Upskilling managers and driving accountability
  • Moving away from 'hand-holding' into confident self-sufficiency
  • Offering commercial support
