We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join an established warehouse team in Coggeshall, Essex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a busy warehouse environment, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. The role will involve a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties, so a flexible and hands-on approach is essential. Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 09:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Carry out picking and packing duties accurately.
- Support goods in processes, including unloading deliveries.
- Assist with container unloading (handballing) when required.
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept organised.
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (Preferred, although training given for the right candidate).
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties, including occasional container unloading.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
