A well established and dynamic Main Contractor are looking to add an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team near Cobham, Surrey. The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across 2 / 3 High-End Residential New builds and Refurbishments. Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will be a structural part of the commercial division. You’ll be working closely with the Director of the business.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within a Main Contractor
  • High-End Residential Experience is optional but a benefit
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Team focused, confident, professional
