The predicted salary is between 37440 - 39680 £ per year.

We are working with a well-developed company who have a focused manufacturing capability based on CNC technology. In addition to traditional standalone machining centres, they have 6 sliding head CNC lathes that allow complete production of finished components from raw bar material. We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join them in their facility in Rotherham.

Key skills required of the CNC Turner Programmer:

  • The CNC Turner must have over 8 years working experience in turning.
  • Experience of setting and operating.
  • Must have hands-on programming experience.
  • Ability to write programs from drawings - at a high level of competence.
  • Must have experience of Fanuc controls.
  • This role will be suited to a CNC Turner with medium to high volume engineering background.
  • Experience of cutting a variety of materials - from basic carbon plate, Nicol, duplex etc.
  • Ideally, a time-served apprentice with a wide range of engineering experience.

The successful CNC Turner Programmer will be working for a forward-moving organisation who like to reinvest in the business and their people. In return, my client is offering an excellent hourly rate inclusive of shift allowance and a bonus scheme of 6% of basic rate upon successful completion of the agreed probationary period.

£18-£19ph

Mon-Fri 6am-2pm (40 hours)

Mon-Thur 2pm-12am (40 hours)

OT 6% bonus eligible after probation.
