We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team, producing high‑end bespoke joinery for prestigious residential projects across the UK.

Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in programming CNC woodworking machinery to support the production of premium bespoke joinery products including windows, doors, cabinetry, staircases, and fitted furniture.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating, optimising, and managing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining of bespoke joinery components.

Duties
  • Programming CNC woodworking machinery from technical drawings and production information
  • Preparing machining layouts, tooling setups, and cutting paths
  • Working closely with the design and production teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency
  • Supporting machine operators and troubleshooting machining issues
  • Ensuring components are manufactured accurately and to specification
  • Continuously improving programming processes and production performance
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping within the workshop
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a CNC Programmer within joinery or woodworking manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of CNC woodworking machinery and tooling
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production information
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
