We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Operator to join our skilled manufacturing team, producing high-end bespoke joinery for prestigious residential projects. Operating from modern workshop facilities, you will play a key role in the manufacture of premium bespoke joinery products, working with high-quality materials and advanced woodworking machinery.
The Role
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC woodworking machinery to produce accurate joinery components to specification and production schedules.
- Operating CNC woodworking machines safely and efficiently.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Machining bespoke joinery components to precise standards.
- Assisting with machine setup, tooling, and programming adjustments.
- Carrying out quality checks on completed components.
- Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC woodworking machinery.
- Experience within joinery, woodworking, or cabinet making environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
