Salary: 18.99 per hour (including shift allowance)

Metalis are currently working with a well established Aerospace business in Leicester, who are looking for a CNC Grinder to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Operating various axis CNC Grinding machines
  • Ensure parts are machined correctly
  • Attain machine setting skills to enable machine set ups
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Inspect parts in accordance to quality standards
  • Support the inspection department as required

Job Requirements:

  • CNC Grinding experience
  • Aerospace experience is desired
  • Knowledge of CNC programming
  • Experience working with metals
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available

Salary & Shift:

  • 18.99 per hour (including shift allowance)
  • Morning Hours - 05:45 - 13:45 Monday - Thursday & 05:45 - 10:45 Friday
  • Afternoon Hours - 13:45 - 21:45 Monday - Thursday & 10:45 - 15:45 Friday
  • Night Hours - 21:45 - 05:45 Monday - Thursday & 15:45 - 20:45 Friday
  • Whilst training, hours are 08:00 - 16:25 Monday - Thursday & 08:00 - 13:20 Friday
