We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Clinical Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of medical equipment management services across multiple healthcare sites nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in biomedical or clinical engineering.

The successful candidate will manage and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction are achieved. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing clinical engineering services across multiple sites
  • Leading and developing engineering teams
  • Ensuring SLA/KPI performance targets are met
  • Overseeing medical equipment maintenance and lifecycle management
  • Supporting compliance, audits and quality processes
  • Managing customer relationships and escalations
  • Producing reports and supporting operational improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong biomedical/clinical engineering experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Knowledge of medical device management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
