An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer-Focused Client Services Agent to join a growing and innovative technology business operating within the digital identity and compliance sector. Working within a busy client services team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the application and verification process, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations and procedures. This role offers a varied workload where no two days are the same, combining customer support, administration, data validation and process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and verifying customer application data
  • Supporting customers via email and ticketing systems
  • Issuing and processing applications in line with company procedures
  • Liaising with external business registries and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate internal records and documentation
  • Supporting internal process improvements and ad-hoc projects
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
Qualifications
