Our client, an international facilities management company, is recruiting a Cleaning / FM Operations Manager. The role focuses on cleaning and maintenance services primarily for HNW residential clients in central London. The Operations Manager is there to ensure exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
Role and responsibilities
- The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing processes, managing a team, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting client reviews, and overseeing contract performance including financial management and reporting.
- They also participate in tender presentations and develop new business opportunities.
Leadership and communication
- The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a growing team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client interactions.
- The ability to conduct appraisals and disciplinary hearings.
Qualifications and skills
