Major Recruitment is looking for Class 2 drivers (HGV 2) to work for our client based in St Helens. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a growing client who has recently increased their fleet following successful business growth.
Role
The role involves delivering palletised goods to multiple locations in the local area. Day shifts – AM start times. Monday to Friday – 50 hours a week (average 10 hours per day). Accrued Holiday – 31 days, increasing to up to 33 with length of service. Temp to Perm. Curtain side / tail‑lift vehicles – Brand New Fleet! Pallet Trucks.
Requirements
- A valid Class 2 licence (HGV Class 2).
- DQC Card.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No more than 6 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR endorsements).
