HGV Class 1 Drivers Required
Location: Derby DE21
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 driver(s) to work for our client based in Derby, for a major logistics company. Minimum 1 year experience required. There is no handball in this role.
- Minimum Pay: 8 Hours per shift
- Shifts: Flexible Work patterns available 4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off
- Start times: Flexible Start Times
- Pay Rates:
- Days: 14.01 Per Hour
- Nights: 17.51 Per Hour
- Overtime: 21.02-28.02 (after 39 hours)
- Sundays: 28.02-35.03 per hour
- Paid Breaks
Candidates need an LGV C+E Licence accompanied with digital tachograph card and qualification card and 1 year experience as a minimum.
The role of LGV C+E Class one driver includes:
- Flexible working patterns available
- Delivering to RDC's
- Start times available 13:00 or 23:00
- You will be required to do trunk runs to Amesbury or Treforest.
- No handball just pulling curtains on single deck trailer
- Liaise with transport team on daily route
- Adhering To All Working Time & Tachograph Regulations
- Pre Vehicle & Trailer Checks
- Load Checks
- Completing All Related Paper Work & Debrief Information
