The predicted salary is between 15 - 20 £ per hour.

We are currently looking for reliable and flexible Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ad-hoc driving work. This role is suitable for drivers who are available on short notice and are comfortable working flexible shifts based on business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out Class 1 driving duties safely and professionally
  • Complete deliveries and collections across various locations
  • Ensure all vehicle checks are completed before and after shifts
  • Follow all driving laws, tachograph regulations, and company procedures
  • Maintain good communication with transport staff and customers
  • Complete paperwork and delivery documentation accurately

Nature of the Role

  • Ad-hoc and temporary work
  • Shifts may be available at short notice
  • Work locations can vary and may involve travelling anywhere within the required operating area
  • Start times and finish times may vary, including days, nights, weekends, and long hours depending on workload
  • Some waiting time or overnight stays may occasionally be required

Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours and locations
  • Minimum insert experience if required experience preferred
  • Good communication and time management skills
