The Best Connection Group - Manchester is currently recruiting for a Class 1 (Cat CE) Bulk Tipper Driver for our client, a market leader based in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers seeking job stability and a long-term role leading to permanent positions for the right candidate.

Pay & Hours

  • Guaranteed 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: £16.30 per hour
  • Overtime (after 45 hours): £20.38 per hour
  • Saturday: £20.38 per hour
  • Nights out: £25

The Role

  • Driving a Class 1 (Cat CE) HGV bulk tipper vehicle
  • Delivering recycled materials across the UK
  • Regular nights out (tramping) in a sleeper cab (equipped with microwave & fridge)
  • Daily interaction with customers, maintaining excellent service standards
  • Flexible routes - no two days are the same

Ideal Candidate

  • Valid Cat CE (Class 1) licence
  • CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous bulk tipper experience is advantageous (training provided if not)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • For insurance purposes must be 25 years or older with 1 year experience on your Class 1 Licence
