GI Group UK are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver with clamp attachment experience to join our client based in Marston Green, Birmingham. Our client is a well-established packaging company offering long-term, ongoing work for the right candidate.

Shift & Pay Details

  • Pay rate: 16.71 per hour
  • Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
  • Rotating weekly shifts (Mornings/afternoons/nights)
  • Monday to Friday

Duties will include

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment
  • Safely moving, loading and unloading packaging materials
  • Stacking, relocating and organising stock within the warehouse
  • Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean working area
  • Working as part of a busy warehouse team to meet daily targets

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
  • Proven experience using a clamp truck (essential)
  • Previous experience within a warehouse or packaging environment desirable
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
  • Reliability and flexibility to work rotating shifts
