As a Claims Handler you will be working as part of a team to support customers with their active cases in relation to their existing products and services. You will be the initial first point of contact for customers, gathering all supporting documentation and handling claims and complex cases from start to finish. The role will mainly support customers over telephone and email alongside occasional webchat platforms and social media.
