We are currently recruiting for a Civil Litigation professional to join a growing law firm based in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside the Head of Litigation as part of the firm’s plans to expand and develop its litigation department. The successful candidate will become the second member of the team, offering genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the department.

The position will involve handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including:

  • Boundary disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Contested probate matters

The firm is looking for someone who enjoys a broad civil litigation caseload and is keen to develop within a supportive and growing environment.

The firm is open to speaking with:

  • Qualified Solicitors
  • ILEX / CILEX professionals
  • Experienced Litigation Paralegals

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years experience within civil litigation. This opportunity could also suit an ambitious paralegal looking to secure a future training contract and progress towards qualification.
