A leading main contractor is looking for a Technical & Design Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship high-rise residential project in Westminster. This is a standout opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to step up and drive a scheme forward independently.

The role

  • Take full ownership of the project from Stage 4 through Stage 5
  • Manage and coordinate all design and technical packages
  • Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Drive the pre-construction process, ensuring design is buildable and aligned with programme
  • Act as the main point of contact for design coordination on the project
  • Report into and be supported by an experienced Technical Manager
