Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and team revenue targets through the sale of residential properties
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat and future business
- Source, pitch for, and win new instructions across the South Cotswolds
- Provide exceptional, tailored customer service at all stages of the sales process
- Manage sales progression through to completion, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties
- Offer expert advice on the local property market to clients and colleagues
- Build and maintain a strong network to identify new business opportunities

About You

- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Demonstrable success in winning new business and converting valuations into instructions
