Bilingual Executive Assistant (English; German)

Location: Chirk, Nr Wrexham, North Wales

- Responsibility for agenda and meeting preparation and follow‑up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Accurate meeting minutes preparation in both German and English.

- Presentations preparation, composing business correspondence and creating concise reports are key day‑to‑day aspects of the role.
- Dealing with enquiries from other Kronospan sites.
- International travel where required to meet and exceed the needs of the role.
Qualifications
- The ideal Bilingual Executive Assistant is multi‑lingual with fluent English and at least C2 German, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent typing and ideally shorthand skills, backed by good quality administration and filing practice.
- Experience managing multiple diaries and inboxes for senior management.
- Ability to maintain the utmost discretion in day‑to‑day duties.
