  • Responsibility for agenda and meeting preparation and follow‑up to ensure tasks are completed on time.

  • Dealing with enquiries from other Kronospan sites.

Qualifications

  • The ideal Bilingual Executive Assistant is multi‑lingual with fluent English and at least C2 German, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent typing and ideally shorthand skills, backed by good quality administration and filing practice.
  • Experience managing multiple diaries and inboxes for senior management.
  • Ability to maintain the utmost discretion in day‑to‑day duties.
