Pay Rate: £13.34 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Contract Type: Temporary, Ongoing

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Own transport is essential due to the remote location of our client.

Our long-established client based in Enstone is currently recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site. Working as part of a team across different production units, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and receive training in all areas of the production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment
  • Assisting in loading machinery with materials and ensuring smooth operation
  • Offloading finished goods and putting products away on pallets
  • Contributing to the production of high-quality products
  • Operating different types of machinery
  • Following Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous production experience would be desirable but is not essential
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative while understanding team responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Due to the remote location of our client, own transport is essential.
