Job Overview:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour, forming strong relationships, promoting positive routines, and helping children work towards positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Form strong, positive relationships with children and young people.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Experience working within children’s residential settings.
- Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour.

- Flexibility to work across residential shift patterns.
