We are looking for a Child and Family Worker to support one of our clients, working directly with children and families to provide practical support and safe, high-quality contact supervision. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in children's services and a passion for helping families achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Family Time sessions to ensure safe and positive contact.
  • Provide direct support to children and families in community or home settings.
  • Build professional relationships with parents, carers, and young people.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with children and families in a social care or related setting.
  • Desirable experience in Family Time/contact supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle or suitable mobility support.

Contract Length: 3 months with a view to extend to an ongoing contract.

Pay Rate: 16.08

Working pattern: 37 hours per week.
